Outlook Express: Pictures do not display after installing Windows XP Service Pack 2
This is to prevent images reporting back that this is an active e-mail and the you read the message. If this is a E-mail from a trusted site go ahead and allow it. If you want to turn the security feature off:
1. Click Tools | Optons
2. CLiick the Security Tab Under "Download Images", un-check the box that says
"Block images and other external content in HTML e-mail.:
4. Click Ok.
